Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC will provide a lifetime warranty, meaning an unlimited number of years.
Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC warrants to the homeowner that the roof installation will be free of defects in workmanship.
Should a failure occur due to defects in workmanship that result in a water leak, Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC will respond within a 48 hour duration to repair any known defects by supplying labor and all necessary material to resolve the affected area 100%.
If the leak affects interior finishes, Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC will also provide all labor and material needed to resolve affected area 100%. There are no repair cost limitations.
This warranty is transferable one time to your buyer, subject to a $100.00 transfer fee. The new homeowner has 30 days from move-in to notify Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC of the ownership change.
Dallas Metal Roofs, LLC will not be liable for damages caused by acts of God/Nature including ice damage, hail, and high wind factors.
